Opened by the Mayor of Williamstown on 27 February 1998, the 45 Saltwater Serviced Apartments were sold at an average figure of $220,000 on a 6.25% yield. These apartments have delivered excellent capital gains to owners, and remain one of Metro Property Consultants’ best success stories to date.
