In 1999, the Urban Land Corporation tendered its last medium density site on its fabulously successful Rifle Range estate in Williamstown.
While the site had inherent development constraints, Metro Property Consultants were able to successfully develop serviced townhouses for the Quest Inns Group.
Designed by noted architects Cox Sanderson Ness, these townhouses were created around a unique man-made lake and were made to be a fitting completion to the Rifle Range estate. These serviced townhouses were sold very quickly to investors Australia wide.
Each townhouse is fully fitted with designer furniture and comprises two bedrooms, a self-contained kitchen and living room. The serviced townhouses represent the first stage of this project and were completed in October 2000.
