Following the success of previous auto showroom developments, Lawrence Bowtell engaged for the development of auto showrooms in Caroline Springs. These auto showrooms incorporated Honda, Nissan, Kia Motors, and Hyundai, among other vehicle manufacturers.
To begin the process, Lawrence negotiated the land transaction with Leighton Properties. He then personally arranged town planning, coordinating the commitments from Honda, Nissan, Kia, and Hyundai.
Lawrence then managed the delivery and construction outcomes of the development. After negotiation, Lawrence appointed Corplex Construction Group for a contract delivery of $48 million for the five auto company showroom complex.
Today, the project is fully operational.
